Ocean Capital does not operate a public fund, pooled fleet, securities marketplace or unrestricted public participation platform. Information on this website is not a public offer or solicitation to acquire any financial instrument, ownership position or other right.
Separate project structures
Each project is intended to have its own asset mandate, ownership route, project company or other legal structure, operating plan, owner records and decision boundary. Rights, cash, liabilities and decisions are not shared between projects unless the relevant written documents expressly provide otherwise.
Partner admission and allocation
Any partner admission, allocation or recorded ownership position is subject to the relevant project route, eligibility and compliance checks, availability, final documentation, required approvals and the agreed settlement process. Ocean Capital may decide not to proceed with a discussion or project route where appropriate.
DAO and operational authority
The Project DAO is a controlled owner-decision process. It applies only to matters expressly reserved to the owner group under the relevant project documents. It does not replace the authority or duties of the captain, crew, insurer, classification society, flag state, professional advisers or other persons responsible for safety, compliance or day-to-day operation.
No expected outcome
Ocean Capital does not make representations or guarantees about completion, delivery, value, liquidity, transferability, charter activity, revenue, costs, owner use, operating performance or any other project outcome. Any figures, budgets or schedules are subject to the relevant project documents and may change.
Professional advice
Prospective partners should obtain their own independent legal, tax, financial, insurance and other professional advice before making any decision. Ocean Capital materials do not replace that advice.
Project documents prevail
If there is any inconsistency between this website and a signed project agreement, subscription or participation document, owner register, operating mandate or other binding project document, the binding project document prevails.
